By creating an account or using Gen-Z Bot in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Gen-Z Bot provides an AI-powered chat assistant accessible via web. The service is offered on both a free tier and a paid tier, as described in our pricing. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Gen-Z Bot. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent to use the platform.

• Accuracy:You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• Security:You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.
• One account:Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits is prohibited and may result in all accounts being terminated.

You agree not to use Gen-Z Bot to:

• Generate or distribute illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or obscene content.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the service in an automated manner.
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or any security mechanism.
• Use outputs for academic fraud, disinformation campaigns, or any deceptive purpose.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

Responses generated by Gen-Z Bot are produced by a large language model and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. They do not constitute professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). You assume full responsibility for how you use AI-generated content.

You retain ownership of the content you input. You grant us a limited licence to process your input solely to provide the service. The platform, its design, and underlying models are owned by or licenced to Gen-Z Bot and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

• Billing:Paid plans are billed as described at the point of purchase.
• Refunds:We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
• Cancellation:You may cancel your subscription at any time; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Price changes:We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gen-Z Bot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration before being escalated to a court of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
